Less Travelled – February 2023

Welcome to the February #ScotlandHour which takes place on Wednesday the 22nd of February 9pm to 10pm. Today is about leaving a place the same or better than when you arrived. It’s not going for the trophy places but the road less travelled. Staying longer and enjoying places that may be less known but are beautiful. Scotland is full of such places and we thought we would explore them this month to give you ideas for this year and to allow less well-known areas to shine.

We are delighted that we have three wonderful guest hosts. @GoRuralScotland. Go Rural is a close-knit network of quality agritourism businesses throughout the Scottish countryside offering locals and visitors high-quality farm produce, accommodation, and memorable experiences. Visit Dunfermline aka @LoveDunfermline on Twitter, Scotland’s newest city with plenty of reasons to visit. Last but by no means least @KatieMacL, the travel writer now based in New York but, originally from Lewis with a wealth of knowledge about the best places to visit.

SO, JOIN US ON 22ND February FROM 9 PM TO 10 PM SCOTLAND-TIME. WE’LL BE TWEETING IN ANSWER OF THESE QUESTIONS:
