Spring Celebration – April 2024

Spring is a great time of the year when the outlook is sunny and positive, when nature and people really start to get going with new plants growing or spring cleaning of the house!

Scotland has so much to offer at this time of year and we hope to capture a flavour of some of it during this month’s #ScotlandHour. Be it the places that you love to go to at this time of year or a habit that sees you and friends visiting that particular part of Perthshire each spring, we want to know and share it with others.

There is so much optimism around and it is great to see, especially as we see the days lengthening and the skies clearing (If you are reading this and it is raining outside then remember that’s how we get the grass so green).

Fitting in something after work or on a Friday night makes such a difference and can make the working week feel a little easier and the weekend feel so much longer.
We look forward to hearing all about your Spring plans on Wednesday 24th April between 9-10pm Scotland-time, so lets all have a great time this springtime and celebrate all the good that Scotland has to offer!

Remember to include #ScotlandHour in your tweets for all to see:

9:00 pm – Q1. What are the signs that tell you spring is here? It may be in nature or a shop / attraction that opens at this time of the year. #ScotlandHour
9:10 pm – Q2. Where do you like to get out to now that spring has sprung? #ScotlandHour
9:20 pm – Q3. With the days noticeable getting longer, what do manage to squeeze in with the extra daylight (and warmer days perhaps)? #ScotlandHour
9:30 pm – Q4. What do you get up to at the weekends? Even if your weekend is not Saturday and Sunday! #ScotlandHour
9:40 pm – Q5. If you are having a special treat with friends, where are you going to meet at and what’s the food & drink like? #ScotlandHour
9:50 pm – Q6. Share your photos of what springtime looks like for you! #ScotlandHour

Thanks,
the Scotland Hour Team
