Summer Nights – June 2022

Living in Scotland we perhaps take our long days and short nights for granted but as I say to my children it’s a long winter in Scotland and we should make the most of summer. Which is why the ScotlandHour team thought June was the perfect month to celebrate the Summer Solstice and our summer nights. – Fiona

We are delighted that this month we have one of our favourite guest hosts joining us: Kim Kjaerside @Kimkjaerside, who may actually tweet from Portobello Beach and is known for the stunning shots he takes from that beach. We are also joined by Be our Guest Scotland @SGHBBA and FortWilliam 365 @FortWillaim365. @FionaDrane is on for the ScotlandHour team with help as ever from @KirstenAlana and @MarkCalpin.

SO, JOIN US ON 29TH June FROM 9 PM TO 10 PM SCOTLAND-TIME. WE’LL BE TWEETING IN ANSWER OF THESE QUESTIONS:

9:00 pm – Q1. What songs remind you of Scottish summer nights? #ScotlandHour
9:10 pm – Q2. Share where you live with a nighttime photo, let’s all try to guess where you live? #ScotlandHour
